Labelview: combine two fields into one barcode?

I have one field that uses OLE DB to connect to Excel to pull from a cell. This is a three digit number.

I have another field that pulls from an Oracle database. This is a two digit number.

Can I combine those to create a five digit number, and barcode it using Labelview 8.10 Gold?

not sure, don't use labelview 8.10. can u script it with vbs or a .bat file to create a file then use that?

Probably too late for you, but at least this may help someone else...I have version 8

add another field/barcode and change the Data source to "linked"...

eg text1 & text2

use quotes if you need a string included...

"Item " & text1 & text2
