Labels appearing as incomplete on certain pc's

I have a database(ms Access 2003)that on some screens appears normal and on others shows the labels ina cut off format (i.e. not showing all of the label). We have changed the resolution but same issue. The OS is WXP and the version of access is 2003

Anyone got any ideas as to what causes this?

When you are saying "cut-off" I have to assume the letters in the label. You have already looked at screen resolution, but I would next check the font size (right click background, select properties, then look on the appearance tab). If the user has a larger font size, that would render bigger in the label and would probably be cut off. Some mice also have the ability to change the font size in smaller increment, usually by holding the ctrl or shift ket down while using the wheel. That be my next look....

By appearance tab, do you mean Format tab?

I don't think so....but I am not sure. You said the OS is WXP. Did you mean Windows XP???

In my Windows XP, I right click on the background of the desktop and select Properties. Then I choose the Appearance tab and the Font Size is the last combobox on this tab.
