Does anybody have information about connecting two Fujitsu F9600 PBX units together via FIPN in a lab setting (not using a CO provided T1 connection). We have two PBX's and would like to set up one as a backup for one of our sites. To do so requires that we load a backup from that site into the switch and configure that PBX with the same circuit boards in the same locations in the shelves. That's not a problem. But we will need to set up a FIPN link between the backup PBX and out main PBX to perform operational status tests. Any information about required cables for such a lab setup, and technical data about setting up timing between adaptor boards and FIPN cards would be helpful. Thanks.

F9600? Where did you dig those out? I have linked them before but it's been about 15 years since I even touched one. There used to be a Fujitsu systems forum here; have you checked that out?

No I haven't. I'm new to this forum. We still have an F9600 networket up as we slowly migrate to VoIP. We actually have both Cisco VoiP and Fujitsu F9600 working togehter on the same network. Our voicemial server works with both products as well. So, I'm in research mode. Though I am F9600 maintenance certified, I've just never done this project before.

Thanks. I'll see if I can find the Fujitsu forum.
