L40 code upload 1

I have uploaded a new code to my L40 from 1.10.01 to 2.21.00
From the CSE port with Zmodem.
The Download reported:
Download successful.
Reboot is needed for new code to take effect.
Would you like to reboot now (yes/no)?
I answer Yes and the L40 answer back
Rebooting....

Then it hangs.
I had to reset the libery, and then the display only
Shove 2 black bars, and it does nothing.
Is there any way to get in contact whit it?

Sounds like the control card is corrupted = end of library.
This used to be notorious on the L180/L700 until they split the firmware into two: boot code and functional code.
Do you get a CLI > prompt to restart the download?
Is the box under STK maintenance? If yes you might get slap on hand but they should replace it without charge.

No cli prompt and no stk maintenance
So I think you are right library are dead.
I will tray to get a new mainboard, if no on can help me.

2.21.00? i can't even find 2.21.00 on the stk site. you sure you loaded the right code?
