Hello Everyone,
A client with an old PANA KXTDA 30 has contacted me with an issue of low caller audio. They have alog lines (LCO Card) and apparently if he plugs a phone in to the direct BT line socket the volume of the line is quite loud/normal but selecting the line on the Pana he finds that the line volume (callers speech volume) is low. I have suggested he push up on the nav button while in call but he says he’s done that and it’s on full. It affects both the Digital and Cordless phones. Are there any settings within the programming to increase the line volume? I find this quite unusual as most of the time a System adds volume to a line not the other way round. I can’t see it being a wiring problem as I would expect crackle/hiss etc.
Thanks
Mark
