KXT308 - Caller ID and Version problem

Problem is this:caller ID data for calls that has more than 30 sec duration are not sent to SMDR port.

I had this problem before.last time I changed the pbx eep IC with my own.but know I have this problem on another 308 box and I want to solve this.I have no chip.is it possible to reprgram IC ?How ?Can I read it from a new box and write it to old one?

What are you talking about? PBX eep IC? Never heard of it. What chip are you referring too?

He's talking about the Eproms in the system...You should be able to download or obtain the files from your local panasonic office or support site and then burn them to a compatible Eprom.

Or you could purchase them from Panasonic....May be cheaper to purchase a whole new 308. I know here they do them cheap if you return the old Eproms.
