Hi everyone. Came across these handsets today and once I got over the gigantic display I was so far unimpressed. Anyway the issue I have is that the display is all grainy and sometimes it will just go blank, phone will still work but obviously unbeknown what I'm pressing. Anyone come across this before, there's no mention in the firmware updates so wondered if it was hardware or firmware related? Help greatly appreciated.

What Pbx are you connecting the set to?
I do believe that they are only compatible with the NS series.
If the cabinet is a NS series, what is the software version?
