KX-TVS200 DSP/FIFO Error - how to fix

I have a site with an old Panasonic KX-TVS200 unit that is getting a DSP/FIFO error. Does anybody know how I can clear for fix this?

I'm a lowly IT guy that has little or no knowledge of panasonic phone systems

Is that all that happening is you get the error or is the voicemail inoperative? You can reinitialize it and start fresh and see if problems return. The 200 is old in voicemail years how does the hard drive sound?

the voice mail is inoperative - it is a no go.

The hard drive is spinning and sounds ok.

What would my options be - the KX-TVS200 is hooked into two D1232 cabinets.

is there a recomended replacement model or would it be easy to fix this one - we are currently in the process of backing up the config of the system (the 8 options for backup) - man does that take a long time

Generally its not worth the cost or the trouble to have it repaired ...A TVA 200 would be a replacement how many ports were on the TVS 200?
