KX-TVA 200- Test SMTP Service

Is there a way to test that the TVA is sending emails for the VM to email feature ? IT guys made a change and the service quit working. Wanted to prove to them the TVA's smtp service is working properly.

If the Email Server uses a URL for its address, then check the DNS Setting in the Voice Mail.

Make sure it uses an External DNS service and not an In-house/local router service.

This is just a possibility.
 
I think the IT guys have an issue with MFA on the Office 365. They said they turned it off but sill not authenticating.

The TVA is sending based on the trace.

As long as you can prove, by trace, that you are good, they should (hopefully) resolve the trouble.
