KX-TGP550 and KX-TGP500 - No International Calling?

Hello.

All our other phones are calling 011-52-XX-XX-XXX correctly.

The Panasonics dial our internal extension 115 instead. So it looks like it is ignoring the rest of the number that is dialed. This happens even when we enter the entire number before pressing the "Talk" button.

Do you use a line access code like 9 first what system is it on

no... we don't use a line access code. is that necessary with Panasonics? Thanks.

i use getjive.com. yes they think they provisioned it with international calling.

what does jive support have to say about the issue who set these panasonic phones up on the hosted system for you
why didn't you use phones that were partnered with jive instead of panasonic?

panasonic is partnered with jive. jive set them up. i am asking this forum to help them find a solution as they are looking for one at the moment. TX

what happens when you set jive up on a stand alone client can you make overseas calls?
