KX-TES824 - one phone line with multiple extension 1

Hi,

I am very new to KX-TES824, and I have a very stupid question that I need answers from who wants to help me: Does KX-TES824 allows multiple users to use one phone line at the same time after they are signed with their own extension numbers?

I called a phone company about this, and they said that I need to put extra line (with the same number) in order to do that.

I just want to know if there is a way without adding extra phone line.

You ARE talking about outgoing calls, correct?
I don't know if this is what you're referring to....but for incoming calls, you should be able to get "rollover" service from your telco that will allow incoming calls to your main business number to roll over to your other lines if the first one is being used. You will have to have multiple telco lines for this feature though.
