KX-TES824 neither Extensions nor names show on any phone screen

Hello,

I have Panasonic KX-TES824 that used to show Internal caller information that I input through management cosole (1- System = 3- Numbering Plans = 604- Extension names).
Then I reset the PBX and input the names again and now it doesn't show any caller information on any phone.
Is there a specific option/setting that I need to turn on?

What phone do you have, SLT or APT?
For SLT phone you need to set 628 SLT Caller ID / Enable
