KX-TDA50g and KVA50

hi,
We are using KX-TDA50 and TVA with AA.
We have groups created for press1 (three Extensions) , press2(Two Ext)
Problem is intermittently getting ICD group number on the phone display instead of phone number from outside calls.
Please suggest!

If you plan on running the Maintenance Console software all the time, you can keep the red light off. Ignore it. The light comes on for any reason, none to worry about unless the box stops working. Bad links to VM, missing SMDR, Power off (AC or DC), etc. fires the minor alarm.

You could put a delay answer of 1 ring to TVA it could be answering the line before caller id is received

It has been fixed, by increasing the time on caller ID from 2 to 5 on TDA.
