KX-TDA50g and KVA50

hi,
We are using KX-TDA50 and TVA with AA.
We have groups created for press1 (three Extensions) , press2(Two Ext)
Problem is intermittently getting ICD group number on the phone display instead of phone number from outside calls.
Please suggest!

when the call is coming in with icd group on display, press the transfer button while the call is ringing, it will toggle between co number, cli, group, once set to on all groups on all extensions it will stay that way.
could be also caller id blocked
 
Hi,

I have tried that and it does no work, I'm able to scroll between options by pressing Transfer Button only when phone shoes calling party number but when it shows ICD group , does not allow to press transfer,"Nothing happens"
Please help
 
I think it is Blind transfer and it is not always the case for few calls it shows ICD group and for some the caller ID
 
Have you tested each trunk with cid box!
Have you pointed all lines at a test ext with a display and rang and tested each line to see if it is port related ?DBL CHECK line port programming on TDA also.

 
HI,
I have made several test calls,it now only shows ICD group number on call display for any incoming call on CO lines.
we have three groups 602,603,604 assigned to TVA on AA and each group has three extensios, when callers press option 1 or 2 or 0 display shows only ICD group instead of calliing party number.
i have made sure under Slot card properties CLID is enabled
Any help on this will be appreciated.
Do we need to make any change on TVA or TDA?

I Did, Caller ID is enabled on trunks
 
Did you temporarily point all ringing at a single display phone and make test calls to all pots lines the result of this test will tell you if it is the tva that is suppressing the caller id if that test



 
Hi,
I removed TVA and directed calls directly to phones and now it shows ICD group for first ring and then Caller ID
i have added all extensions to ICD group 601
Please suggest, what option needs to be update or change ioin TVA or TDA?

Tried changing Extension transfer Sequence , still no luck , it only shoe Group number on the display for incoming calls
 
Also if anyone can help to clear red alarm light on the TDA50G
