KX-TDA50 Short code to make outbound calls. 1

Hello buddies,

I am trying to setup a KX-TDA5O. The interest is to have a short code such as 115(EXT) to dial out to a specific outbound number.

And can calls be forwarded to this short code number and it goes out to the said outbound number?.

You could setup ps extensions and forward them to an external number
If cos allows call forward to co it can be used to transfer calls by dialing ps number

Stting up portable stations would mean first installing cell stations and purchasing some portable staions? or setup virtual ones?

In a 50, you have the whole raft of 6xx numbers that are not being used for ICD's. You can also steal an extension number and assign it to the ICD. Then, you set the ICD to forward always to an outside number.

We do this for cell phones, where the customer has 1xx for his extension and 4xx or 6xx for the cell.

no you dont have to have portable stations connected at all, dont need cell stations either will work as virtual extensions. you could use ucd groups as well.
