I have set up call forwarding on several I coming Call Distribution groups. It works in general, but calls are disconnected after a random period of time (like 1 or 3 minutes). Sometimes calls aren’t disconnected even after 15 minutes. The CO-to-CO call duration is set to 60 min. I tried to use different operators for outgoing calls and the only difference I noticed is that when forwarding to an analog CO line after that random disconnection the receiving party is still connected to the PBX for a few seconds and hears 3 beeps.
Do you have any ideas?
