I have a KX-TDA200 and I have the following problem, I attached the image, what happens is that it does not start and all the LEDs are red, I have already tried to restart and nothing, the alarm LED flashes, even sometimes when I restart, the alarm and run LEDs remain static, or only the alarm LED remains on. Also It does not allow me to connect from the maintenance console. I have already tried the SD and it works, the problem started when turning the central unit off and on. 1 (1).jpeg1 (3).jpeg1 (2).jpeg

Looks to me like your IPCMPR card is getting hung up. Unplug all but one or two DLC cards and see what happens.
You may have a bad IPCMPR card, or corrupt SD card.

I would say that is the power supply. Get a spare and try it before defaulting etc?

To begih with, pull all the cards out, a couple of cm ( LCOT, EXT, OPB), leave only PWR and MPR
If the MPR is going up , review the list of errors , then return one by one card to the slot (you don't have to shutdown the PBX).
If the MPR does not up , try replacing the PWR or MPR, very rarely the problem is in the rear panel

Try wha Kizo has sugested. If it fails take the backup file and re-initialise the system and retry.
If still fails, test with another PSU
