KX TDA100D Extensions are not functioning properly.

Hello,

I just installed a KX TDA100D with 64 extensions and using KS-TS500MX handsets for extensions.

The extensions can dial and receive but the dialed party can hear but not talk while the dialer can talk but not hear. What could be the issue?

Which messages do you have in a log error?

Did you make initializition TDA100D and go easy setup?

Probably you have a problem with Amphenol crossing.
