KX-TDA100D Call Forward to External

I'm a newbie at PABX programming and I'm trying to forward calls to an external phone when an incoming call comes in through the DID or Intercom. Need some steps on how I can go about it.
I have tried setting it at 4.1.1 for the extension number

The line has to be dil or ddi to that extension

Is it sip trunks on the system
