Hi there

I've inherited a KX-TDA100 phone system to administrate and the phones we are using are KX-T7668.

Some of the phones we have display the extension and the name of that user on their screens when they are on standby, others just display the date and time.

Does anybody know how to choose which one to use as the standby screen, since I can't differentiate between the two on the admin console at first glance and I'd rather not spend hours digging through each option if someone knows on here?

Thanks in advance for any ones help!

Ryan

press the transfer button when in stanby mode and leave the handset down.
this will cycle through the displays.
ie: time and date
extention no:and port no the phone is attached to
also if the phone is ringing from a outside call when you press transfer
it displays othher info like what number (ddi) the inbound caller rang ,however this ifno will only be displayed if you have ISDN lines.

That's great stuff, I knew it would be something simple like that!

Thanks very much :)
