KX-TDA100 fwd CO

Hi All,
we have one old KX-TDA100 and want to fwd external incoming calls to mobile phones (fwd all).
If we fwd interiors all working but when we want to call from outside and transfer one call to a fwded interior after on-hook console, mobile goes off.

exterior call-->hold call-->interior talk between secretary and mobile working-->on-hook for transfering-->mobile goes off.

How to fwd exterior calls to mobile?
I can fwd interior calls to mobile but not exterior calls to mobile.

It has to be allowed in COS. By default it is not allowed

System/class of service/ co / transfer to co

Not exact header but close

2.System -> 7.Class of Service (COS) -> 1.Class of Service settings -> Click "CO & SMDR"
And enable Transfer to CO and Forward to CO i think. This is for the extension from which the operation is carried out.

I did that and after on-hook console for transfering mobile is still disconected...any other suggestions.

in your TDA what type of trunk type do you use? analog, ISDN or SIP

How to find that out?
I don't know...it's from 2009, I don't think we have SIP, maybe ISDN.
