KX-TD816 send busy to CO 1

KX-TD816 send busy to CO

Hello All, We have KX-TD816 with 4x CO lines and 10 extensions, no additional cards.
All outside calls ring on 3 extensions.
When all 3 extensions are busy, I need to setup pbx to send busy response to outside calls.
Is it possible?

What type of lines are they, analogue or isdn

They are all analogue lines.

You can’t send busy to an analogue line without going off hook or answering it and releasing the lines. Neither are programmed options
