KX-TD1232 with TVS50 Message light not working

I have a system I'm working on it's a KX-TD1232 with TVS50 voicemail. We added a new extension to is a while back and setup a vm box for it. The message light will not illuminate on the phone.I swapped the phone with a known good one and the same issue. I went in the vm options 6-2-1 and made sure the light was enabled even toggled it off and back on. I check the mailbox cos which is set to 1 and made sure the light was enabled. Is there any other settings that affect the message light? No other extensions are having this issue.

yes you have more way one way shoot 1232 to bin and get buy a new tde solution !!
 
Make sure call blocking for that mailbox is not on this also causes the light not to light.

subscriber’s extension." If this was on would the extension ring at all? I'm not sure I totally understand this feature?
 
call blocking is off under AA status, call transfer status.
 
Mail box setup maybe all call direct to mailbox will not light message. Disable all calls to mail box. Require 999 setup mailbox COS
