I messed up the configuration. From outside, the user dialed my main number 571-234-5600 (for example), all the phone rings. It supposed to ask to dial an extension, but it is not, how can i fix this.

see program 407 destination should be 165 on all lines that
were pointed at voicemail.

cwc3. Thanks. That work but somehow I am getting a message saying "Record your name" then it connect to the extension I dialed. Any idea?

Turn off call screening in the voice mail.

You should find a panasonic dealer before you get any deeper in to trouble
