I got a new customer with a older kxtaw848 ksu. I bought a new ksu for the console software. Came with 3 & 4. When connecting it is requesting v 1.1. Where can I get this download?

It used to and may still be at the old KXTA web site. Login KXTA pass 1234. If it's gone, you need to go to btsdealer.com and create a login.
