I have had this system operational for 4+ years now with the built in voice mail feature working flawlessly. Not sure what has happened (other than someone pushing buttons on the Manager phone).. when an outside call is answered by the automated attendent one can select an extension. the extension will rinig 2x upon which all phones in the office will ring 2x more and then the call will be dropped.. The caller never gets a mailbox. I am certain it is something silly however I ahe been through the books and software and have found nothing.
