KX-TA624 : Incomming Indication - LED/Ringing 1

Dear Experts,

I have Two CO lines. Whenever one of the incomming lines is occupied (off-hook), if the other incomming call is come. My system is only working by LED not ringing. Sometimes I lost the new incomming call if I did not notice the LED is on. How can I set up the ringing function to the current system. By the way, is this system set-up or PT set-up?
