I am having a problem logging into the vm message manager after loging into the VPS system. Example (107# pswd 998#) can some tell me how to get intothe message manager to setup the company greating and the otehr mail boxes?

I have what i hope is a final question.
I have recorded a msg on company 1 but unable to point voice mail to it. What plays is an automated system atendant msg. what i am looking to accomplished is that the company announcement anounce the company and then the extension to dial to access each individual person.

you need to set the ports for company greeting using a terminal (laptop with Hyperterminal)you will need to know the system administators password (if set)and you will need to read the manual closely.

you need to set the ports for Custom Service to do what you want it to do
I would suggest that you find a good Panasonic Tech in your area, It will take a Tech about an hour to program
It might take an inexperienced person a couple of days to get it right if at all.

is just what it says you have good ______ ....company greeting you have reached _______ ..... (custom dialing menu 1) if you know your parties ext please dial it now or press one of the following keys for___ press 1.....
