KX-TA1232 - Two Caller ID Logging Questions

1) Our common Caller ID log has over 200 calls in it. Is there a way to move through the log on our proprietary phones faster than pressing the button 200 times? Is there a way to move backwards through the log?

2) Though we got the latest firmware for the KX-TA1232, the system seems to only log unanswered calls (which we don't have many of since there is an answering machine on one of the extensions). Do we need to somehow enable logging of answered calls?

That software looks cool...but will it work with our KX-TA1232? It only mentions KX-TD.

the ta's smdr should be identical to the td I downloaded
the software and had it running in no time....
try the demo what do you have to lose.
 
As far as my second question above, I might have phrased it unclearly. I upgraded our KX-TA1232 from a -1 to a -2 with chips from VND. This upgrade was supposed to make the system log caller id info for answered as well as unanswered calls. But ours still seems to only log unanswered calls (which we have few of because the answering machine on one extension answers them). Therefore, our call logs are very incomplete.

Is there something we need to do to get the system to log all calls, answered and unanswered?

is there an ability for a call log button on the phones?
 
yes is there cids-c indication and cids-c function button on each ext /phone?
 
sorry I did not think the common log feature was available
on the ta1232 but shame on me I started reading the book....
problem is I stopped doing analog systems many years ago and I am not up on features available.
