1) Our common Caller ID log has over 200 calls in it. Is there a way to move through the log on our proprietary phones faster than pressing the button 200 times? Is there a way to move backwards through the log?
2) Though we got the latest firmware for the KX-TA1232, the system seems to only log unanswered calls (which we don't have many of since there is an answering machine on one of the extensions). Do we need to somehow enable logging of answered calls?
