KX-T7235C Message (Answering machine)

We have lost our manual and our problem is the light no longer shows when we have a message and also how do I check thre messages?

what phone system and voicemail model numbers do you have?

The phone system is a KX-T7235C and I don't know what the voicemail number is, nothing is noted on the phone.

try looking in the phone closet not on the phone!!

Phone Closet? Is that the server computer for the system?

Also, what do press on the phone to check the messages?

I've never heard of a 7235 but if its like our 7200 series
phones you have a phone system mounted somewhere and same with a voicemail system

actually I'll take that back the KX-T7235 was a short lived 12 button 6 line non backlit display phone and was meant to be used with a 7240/60 as an attendant console for the kx-td 816/1232/2464/500 series. So you need to look around somewhere on you site there is a phone closet....
once you find the closet you can download the manuals
for the system and the voicemail @
