KX-NT343 Ip Phone

Does anybody know if it is possible to connect a NT343 telephone at a remote location and connect to a TDE 100 without using IP SEC VPN Tunnel ?
I tried it, and it registered to the system and get all visual indicators ( displays correct, can make calls to the office ect )
But I have no audio in either direction.

I have the same problem using TP-Link R600VPN one at the office by the KSU (TDE 100) and one at the remote site with the KX-NT343.
(displays correct, can make calls to the office ect) But no audio in either direction.

Can someone help me solve that problem?

The tde doesn’t support remote phones without a vpn

I do have TP-link VPN on both sides. It's registered to the system and get all visual indicators

Well, you don't have clear VPN. There is a NAT or PAT works at your routers - that's why you have such situation. To clarify the problem you can connect your KX-NT343 into the same network with PBX and make tests. If the voice will be OK - the problem is not at the PBX or Telephone side - the problem is in your VPN.

The broblem was the Firewall option on the TP-Link VPN shoul be OFF!!! By defult it is ON
