Friends!

I facing a problem with making local and international calls using Third party softphone, my system is KX-NS700 V8.

I Have done:
[1] SIP USERNAME: 310, PHONE LOCATION:LOCAL+REMOTE, PANASONIC SIP PHONE ONLY:NO, COS NUMBER 2.
[2] COS 2 ON LEVEL 1.
[3] Activation Key activated for SIP Extension(ch) and IP Trunk(ch).

The extension registered successfully (green) on the sip softphone and (INS) in the server.

I have 4 CO lines.
I have checked Dialling Plan Table, I added local and international code.

What else I need to check?

Thank you so much

How exactly are u initiating the call?
Exactlyhow are u dialing?

I have tried different ways using different softphones.

But normally I start with 9 then the phone number.
I Have tried also without, still same problem.

Can the third-party softphone call internal extensions?
Compare the privileges of an internal ext than can make those calls with that of the third-party softphone

Also not, cant call the internal extensions.
I have restarted the system several times and still same issue .

Protection against hacking is installed.
The reserve bit must be de-activated.

I have de-activated the protection and still same issue.
Is there something else i need to do besides that ?

Thanks for your help

There was enabled Reserved bits in the table ( blue) I disabled them .
I'm in the correct place to disable the protection ?
Maybe I misunderstand you

You may have disabled many useful features.

Installed hacking protection is in line 1F only.

I have backup for the table,

I have checked F1 it was already disabled.

I'm trying to make a calls from same Subnets also same problem

You need to trace the problem call and look for the cause of the problem in the trace.
