KX-NS500 two port at row dead? 1

Hello! I appreciate in advance your answers. I have a set of a KX-NS1000 followed by two KX-NS500 and one of them have an three extensions KX-NS520.

On the one of the KX-NS500 ones without extensions,i have a problem with two ports on the integrated board. They just do nothing no signal, nothing. Board MCSLC16, integrated, first two ports(1-2,3-4). Board itself in the interface in green state, ports themsel in state "INS". What it can be, and what i can do?

NS500 has integrated board diagnostics.
This is in the utilities.
What is the test result?
