We have a block of DDI's, we have our main number (00000 999900) and then (00000 999901 - 00000 999910). The other DDI's are for specific clients, and we answer the phone accordingly. Out of hours these DDIs are forwarded to a 3rd party call handler, we need to pass the DDI’s as a CLIP on outgoing calls as they need to see which number has been dialled. However all that shows is the main number regardless of what is dialled. Can anyone advise on the best way this can be achieved ?

Many thanks.

Yes this an issue I have came across before. I have not looked at it since the v8 software came out. But it was a call being redirected by the system so it would not sent extension clip like it would if you made the call from that phone.

Hi, many thanks for your response. Obtsystem that is the exact issue we are having, even if we create a phantom handset for the DDI and forward from this we have the same issue. What did you do to resolve it?

Thanks

There was no resolve. The third party had to provide different Ddi for each forward. We only needed 3 so was not a big deal
