I'm not sure if this is allowed here. Just wanted to say thanks to user kwbMitel, there doesn't seem to be a private message feature on this site.

I've been working as a tech in the Mitel space for about 8 years now, Just solved yet another issue by reading a post from kwbMitel, and realized I've been reading his posts since day 1, This forum and specifically user kwbMitel have helped me improve my Mitel skills leaps and bounds and have got me out of many jams.

Based on your example I hope to contribute more to this forum in the future.
