We have a Norstar KSU/PRI MICS 5. Handsets are M7310.

Moving our KSU tomorrow. Any tips? Are the settings saved to some kind of flash memory? Or is there a risk of losing our settings by leaving the KSU unpowered? The new plywood is on the wall and ready to go.

the system should hold the memory for quite a while
(have seen it hold for more than 6 months)
but would still be a good idea to back it up, just in case the memory capacitors are not up to snuff

Thanks. Kept it plugged into the UPS. 2 guys. We carried the old board with everything attached to the new location and didn't need to reattach any components.

make sure it's programed for set relocate - "Yes" this should give everyone their proper extention. Unless they have already unplugged their phones.
