KSM configuration status is FAILED

Hi Guys,
I am on NICE AQO 4.1 and it integrated with CISCO CTI system.
Now i am facing error while trying to play recording files from Business Analyser.
I am getting below error as trying to play it.
"Failed to decrypt the interaction. Contact your system Administrator".

I went to the Administration --- Organisation -- Master Site --Security -- Media Encryption
and find that KSM Configuration Status is showing as FAILED>

Please suggest me how to resolve it.

Have the server certificates on this system expired? That would cause the error you're experiencing
