Hi all,
can anyone help me solving an issue with a known server configuration?
I've added a known archive server to the primary archive server used by my content server. I've added the storage provider and storage rule in the content server, both pointing to a new archive defined in the secondary archive server (the known one...). After some test i can upload/download files from the content to the secondary archive server but ONLY if don't use a certificate.
ContentServer --> PrimaryArchive --> SecondaryArchive (known server)
If a certificate is configured for the known archive server, it's not possible from the content server to upload/download, cause an error is returned (Livelink Error: Error adding new item.
[Error adding version to 'test.txt'. Error creating document in Archive Server]
Maybe it's a certificate issue but i can't find a solution. Is it possible to configure a secure communication between the two archive server (the primary and the known one), or this type of communication is not possible?
Thanks!
