Hi,

I have just upgraded my terminal server from w2k to w2k3.
I have a kix32.exe script that runs when my users logon, it maps there network drives.

On 2000 it just ran, because of the new security features on 2003 it asks the users if they want to run it.

I don't want this, is they a way in group policy to make it override the security warning?

If there isn't i am happy to use an alternative script, could someone recommend? i know you can use batch and vbs, but whats best? and could anyone recommend a site to learn how?

thanks

When you say it is under the domain and then under the OUs, do you mean you first created it at the domain level and then linked to it from the OUs?

Or do you have 3 seperate copies without linking?

Do you have users in those OUs?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

Sorry,

The Ou is under the domain, but the policy is only on the OU, i do have polciies on the domain but they are the current ones not my test mapping. I have not allowed these to be herited onto the ou.

I don't know what you mean by linking, they are sperate.

I have the user "test" in the ou i login to the terminal server as test to see if it maps.

Thank you
