kill users on terminal server

Yes, stop the service:
"NET STOP TERMSERV"
But bare in mind, it will kill your session too if your not doing this line from the console.
To start it again, simply reverse the command:
"NET START TERMSERV"
"In space, nobody can hear you click..."
"NET STOP TERMSERV"
