Keys 1 thru 15 settings deleted

Within the past couple of days I have had 2 instances that when I pulled up the tns, keys 1 thru 15 are totally blank.
Key 0 still has the dn and cpnd, but that's it. Both of these circuits were installed at least a month ago and I checked with the users to verify that they had all the features (fwd,ao6,mwk, etc.)and had used them since the original install.

The tns aren't associated with each other in any way.

When you make the changes back to normal, make sure you do a back up, you could be getting power hits that are reloading the PBX before it has chance to do its midnight routines and back itself up. Also do you have Optivity or similar system that might be causing an issue where it is reprogramming it?

What type of phone are you working on? 3904, 2616?

trvlr1, thanks for the quick response. These circuits were in for over a month before they were wiped out and they were copied from other circuits, so at no time were keys 1-15 blank. Also, there are around 400 lines working out of this 61c switch, and so far these are the only 2 that have been affected. I'm fairly new and ahve no info on Optivity. I'll have to check into that. Thanks

Hmmm, thats strange i have not heard of losing only certain key info, but... I would follow trvlr1 advice and make sure you EDD after rebuild.
