Keydown Keyup

Morning Campers,

I'm looking to do this

Keydown
do
   lots of stuff
loop until keyup

I know this is probably rediculously easy, but I can't seem to find anywhere in TT or help that will accomodate this.

god, ignore me, keypress events run inbetween keydown and keyup! been a while :/

although, that doesn't get rid of the half second delay of the key repeat.
