Keycode license applied but not activated

We have a BCM50 3.0 that we purchased a Unified Messaging Keycode for and had it generated. When the file is loaded, the system gives a message that the new license data has been applied but it does not get activated or show in the license table.

Has anyone had this happed before or have any ideas how we can get this code to work?

Although you got the message stating that the keycode was accepted OK, do a thorough check in e.g.

Administration, General and Alarms etc. Check to see if the Keycode was rejected. I had this same problem as you when I was trying to use my release 1 keycode on a release 3 image.

It won't work!.

You are correct. Alarm 31251 - Invalid software load detected and keycode processing stopped.

Is there any fix for this?
 
Make sure you're patched up to the latest and reboot. Otherwise you'll probably have to go back to Avaya for a new keycode. You could try to just regenerate a new keycode to see if the one you're using is corrupt.
 
Make sure u are at the latest Business Element Manager. If not things do not load properly or display properly
