I would like to know if is possible to setup the Premiere Keyboard with personal shortcuts, like the other edit programs like Avid, Edit, and, maybe have a pluging to do this ?

If the Command Palette doesn't satisfy you, you can experiment with hand editing KEYBOARD.TXT in the Premiere Plug-Ins folder. But take a security copy of the original version first!
