Sorry if I'm in the wrong forum for this question but I'm a little overwhelmed with how many there are to choose from. Well anyway, I find myself typing my e-mail address (a rather long one) about fifteen times a day if I'm lucky and it gets annoying sometimes. Is there a way to permanently store a string of text and recall it with certain digits of the keyboard, even after the pc has been rebooted? Sort if like ctrl + c/ctrl +v to cut and paste things? Thanks in advance for your help!

IS this email address being typed in on web pages or an email program?

It's always web pages due to signing in. Even my e-mail is run off a web site.

What version of IE? Do you have autocomplete turned on?

You could try an add-on for IE, IEaddons Have seen some toolbars with form fillers.
