keyboard not working at all in Tera Term and Hyper Terminal

i connected 2 routers, 2600 series and a 2950 switch, port setting is default 9600-8-N-1....i can clearly see the boot sequence but no keystroke is working, tried with my desktop's built in serial port as well as usb-to-serial converter, problem is the same, what could be wrong here????..... i have windows 7 OS BTW.

try increasing speed.. someone might have changed term settings on the devices?

can't be driver or wrong port as you see the messages from the devices.
