Keyboard issue at startup

Haven't seen this before:
boot up computer, windows id loading, the keyboard is "dead", I can't type anything. I reboot and the issue resolves.
This is happening once in a while, maybe 1 or 2 times in a week. Haven't notice any other "algorythm".
Any ideeas?

Have you tried another Keyboard?

Thanks for the hint. I haven't tried switching keyboards.
