Key to an Enterprise 250

We had our Enterprise 250 shipped from a different location to our site... In the move, the key was misplaced...

Here is where it gets fun. The server was under time and material. No problem, it was non-production and pretty outdated. I called 4SUN and asked for a quote to replace the key. They said I would need to call TeleMarketing.

Called the TeleMarketing number... Left my info and asked for a quote... You guessed it, the sent me back to 4SUN.

4SUN said I had to call TeleMarketing back... Which I told them I was being ping ponged and just wanted a key...

Her reply.... Call a Locksmith.....

Anyone have a spare key laying around... Or know a good locksmith?

The other servers with similar keys are in STL and I am in Georgia...

One of my co-workers has a 250 at home and brought in his key. I powered it up.

They must really like price gouging... 44$ for a key that cost them a dime to make....

Just got a quote from a VAR (Forsythe) for 15$..
I told them the story and they said it wasn't the first time they heard it......

I would have to pay for it myself... If my company wants one, they can buy a new one.... 15 US dollars will not break the budget.... Well maybe it will, so we will just have to live without it....

I recently doublechecked the posting: it's about 1,70 Euros, which is rd 1,30 Dollars, this is, waht my budget can afford, BUT, I found out I dont have them in MY office. I need to ask a colleague from another site to get one or more keys for me...
So if you want to privately own one or more keys just post a note.
