Hey all.. Does anyone know the key sequence to forward all calls using an analog phone ?

is a call forward feature code programmed?

Yes, it is programmed, but we are unsure of the key sequence need to forward a call on an analog phone. Is there a way to check through OTM ?

try #1 then phone number you are forwarding too then hang up.

Worked like a charm! Ok, now how do I remove that feature ?

Ok, now I just found out that it's not an analog phone it's a digital 2008 phone. Anyone know the sequence to forward calls on that ?

If it has a call forward key programmed. you press the key, it flashes, you dial the number you want to forward to and press the key again. it will stay steadily lit. the phone is now forwarded. to unforward, you press the key 1 time and the key lamp will go out.
